What is the RJ11 plug for?

    You start the software program on your pc.


    The terminal TER-GX10x is switched off.
    The RJ11 plug is inserted in the audio socket of the TER-GX10x.


    Start the Terminal TER-GX10x and remove the RJ11 plug after 5 seconds.


    Now the firmware update starts.

  • I`m trying to upgrade using the program - MFP_GM862.exe that comes with the CD.
    When I run the program, the following error is shown. Please advice:


    Run the software program, MFP_GM862.exe on pc.


    The terminal TER-GX10x is switched off.
    The RJ11 plug is inserted in the audio socket of the TER-GX10x.


    Press "START PROCEDURE" on software.
    Power on the Terminal TER-GX10x and remove the RJ11 plug after 5 seconds.


    I got the error: PSBM "No boot mode : probably Power, SerialPort, Micro or BoardLines"


    What happen?
