In 1995 Ben moved to Kellogg’s Europe based in the UK to implement the new European organisation. Yet it was Ben's passion for technology and entrepreneurship that led him to found Round Solutions in 2000, now an established business that has faced steady profitable growth whilst expanding its product portfolio and customer base all over the world.

Ben is also a Harvard Business School OPM graduate, a member of the Marketing Club and Business Angels Frankfurt. Married, with two children, he speaks Swedish, German, English and French. In his spare time he enjoys playing various loud instruments and golf.

Olaf Schaefer has been with the Round Solutions team since 2007.

He has a masters degree (Dipl-Ing.) in Telematics from the Technical University of Dresden, Germany specializing in wireless communications covering technology from cellular networks to satellite communication.

Olaf’s business education comes from Harvard Business School.

Before Round Solutions he worked as developer and consultant for
a major German WLAN Internet provider.

With his specialized technical academic background, experience in development and consulting for wireless applications Olaf has outstanding expertise in M2M communication systems. In his free time he loves doing mountaineering (3500m+) and free climbing trips.
